About Marisa
Animal Lover. Scorpio. Empath.
Marisa was born an emotional fish out of water in Cincinnati, Ohio and is now located in New York City. Having graduated cum laude from NYU Tisch's New Studio on Broadway (BFA in Drama: Musical Theatre), she continues to work as a professional actor and as a vessel to help connect humans through our shared experiences and have more self-awareness than selfishness. She has a passion for teaching and sharing her discoveries with the younger generation as well.
As an Italian-Filipina-Spanish-German actress, Marisa also believes in not only the necessary uplift, but the celebration of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ people and stories.
Where can you find her?
As a company member of Emit Theatre, Marisa played Caliban/Alonso in their production of Isle Full of Noises, based on William Shakespeare's The Tempest.
